Need cheese? There’s a great deal this week at Meijer! Kraft chunk cheese is on sale for $1.67. Through 10/13, when you spend $15 on participating Nabisco, Kraft, and Oscar Meyer products, and you’ll get a catalina for $5 off your next purchase! There are also these great $5/5 Kraft cheese or dairy printables. So if you buy 10 and use 2 of the $5 coupons, you’ll spend $6.67 and you’ll get $5 off your next purchase. Very thrifty deal!
Kraft cheese freezes very well. I just throw it straight in the freezer. We’ve never had any trouble freezing it.
Thanks Common Sense with Money.

No, no, I promise I haven’t been ignoring you. I’ve been letting your emails be sucked into the great abyss. That’s much different. It appears as if during all my domain moving around I failed to setup my email address properly. So anything to my couponladyonline email address has just been happily going… nowhere. That should be fixed now (ahem, I hope), so please let me know (by leaving a comment on a post, preferably) if you try to send me mail and get a rejection message back.
Sorry for the trouble!

It’s that time of year again! Today and tomorrow, the Urbana Sweetcorn Festival is in full swing. I must admit, this is one of my favorite events of the year. We’ve gone every year since we’ve lived in the area, and it’s just a really great time. And it doesn’t have to be expensive! The corn is very reasonably priced, and that’s really all you need to really experience the Sweetcorn Festival. There are lots of other vendors with yummy food, but if you want to stretch your pennies, just get an ear of corn! Sure it’s like $1, but it’s SO GOOD. There’s lots of free entertainment. Soul Asylum is the headliner this year. So grab your friends and head on over tonight or tomorrow. I bet you’ll have a great time!
What to keep up with the goings on? Find the festival on Facebook and Twitter. See you there!
